Located in Potsdam, New York, we offer several different rental housing options, tailored to graduate students, Clarkson University and SUNY Potsdam faculty and staff, as well as other working professionals in the area.

We have 3 different properties with a total of 50 rental units, from studio apartments, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, to 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
